CPT GROUND WATER SAMPLING <br /> Grab ground water samples will be collected using a HydroPunch sample tool that will be pushed <br /> into specified zones,then withdrawn approximately three feet to expose an inlet screen.The interior <br /> of the sampling tool fills with water and a 1-inch outer diameter stainless steel bailer will be lowered <br /> and utilized to extract a ground water sample. All rinseate generated during drilling activities will <br /> be containerized in properly labeled DOT-approved 55-gallon drums, and stored on-site in an area <br /> lacking public access. <br /> Following sample collection,samples will be transferred to laboratory-supplied containers,properly <br /> labeled and placed in a chilled container to be transported under chain of custody to a <br /> CDPH-certified laboratory for analysis. <br /> 3.3. BORING DESTRUCTIONS <br /> Following borehole advancement, portland cement (grout mix) will be utilized to backfill each <br /> borehole utilizing a tremie pipe or equivalent.The EHD will be notified for grout inspection at least <br /> 48 hours prior to conducting grouting procedures. <br /> Advanced GeoEnAronmentel,Inc. <br />
