Box 2009 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> r <br /> RE: Union Ice Plant, 425 North Union Street <br /> Dear Ms. Reuss: <br /> As you know Union Ice Limited submitted a letter on October <br /> 13 , 1989 requesting our site to be placed into the State Pilot <br /> Program and submitted a comprehensive .'site investigation plan for <br /> our facility based on the field observations at the time of the <br /> tank removal. <br /> Based on the results of the soil; sampling conducted at the <br /> time of removal, we now feel that it :may be possible to resolve <br /> this problem through. a re-excavation effort rather than a lengthy <br /> site investigation. we have enclosed a: re-excavation plan for your <br /> review and subsequent approval. <br /> At this time we are requesting that our site,slocated at 425 <br /> North Union Street be remain in the Pilot Program.
