Minor hydrocarbon contamination evidenced in samples <br /> collected from 35-55 feet bsg. <br /> 08/14/92 On-site production well destroyed this date. <br /> 04123193- Over-excavation of approximately 1,200-cubic yards of contaminated soil <br /> 04/28/93 from the former tank#4 area. <br /> Soil was removed to another site for <br /> permitted aeration. <br /> 06123193- Monitoring wells MW-2 through MW-4 installed these dates.
