The business <br /> activities does not have this facility listed as a hazardous waste generating site. The inventory section has used oil <br /> and used anti freeze listed. Please check yes on the third bubble from the top in the business activities section and <br /> enter in the the business CAL EPA ID#. <br /> This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. <br /> This violation was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> 110 gallons of used antifreeze and 200 gallons of used oil were found on site were found on site that have not been <br /> reported. Obsolete federal hazard categories were submitted for oxygen, acetylene, antifreeze, and tribufos. <br /> Reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. <br /> This violation was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 7 HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to establish and/or submit emergency response procedures for a release or threatened <br /> release. <br /> The emergency response procedures were missing the local Unified Program Agency(UPA) phone number. Please <br /> add 209-468-3420 as the UPA phone number. <br /> A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release of <br /> hazardous materials, including, but not limited to,the following: <br /> -immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department(EHD) <br /> -procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment <br /> -evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for the site <br /> This violation was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br /> The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS)annually. The Hazardous Material Business Plan (HMBP)was not submitted for the years of 2018 <br /> and 2019. The HMBP was submitted on 1/6/2020 for the facility nd inventory section.
