Fire Extinguisher and eye wash station)were not included in the site map. <br /> Emergency shout off equipment, internal roads, and adjacent street were not included in the site map. <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br /> The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS)annually.The business plan was not submitted to CERS for calendar year 2020 before January 15, <br /> 2020 due date. The business plan was submitted on 2/12/20. <br /> The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted <br /> beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> Violation was corrected on 2/12/20. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> On site to conduct a routine Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were two violations <br /> during the inspection. One violation has been corrected in CERS. For the open violation, complete and submit a <br /> copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective <br /> actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by June 26, 2020. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. <br /> Notes: <br /> Chlorine was removed in the past week and replaced with Sodium Hypochlorite.
