March Lane <br /> Stockton, CA 95210 <br /> Dear Ms. Florido, <br /> In response to the inspection conducted on April 9, 2019 and the amended report of April 12, <br /> 2019, for Store#05403 in Stockton, California, please see the outline below, and the exhibits <br /> which follow, referencing existing procedures, documentation and/or actions taken: <br /> • Violations 104 & 105: See the completed Emergency Information form received from <br /> the Store Manager(EXHIBIT A). It was posted in several areas of the store. <br /> • Violation 106: I have attached the most legible training sign off we could get for the <br /> management team at 5403 (EXHIBIT B). The training guide used is the one you had <br /> attached to your April 13, 2020, email request. <br /> • Violations 110 & 111: Signed facility manifest#011410898FLE (EXHIBIT C). <br /> • Violation 202: Our managers are trained and coached to put all hazardous waste spill <br /> materials in the appropriate tote with the empty container. We do not tell our managers to <br /> place such materials in the trash to reduce the amount of waste, nor did the District <br /> Manager give such direction. We do train managers to use whatever amount of litter is <br /> needed based on the amount of spill. <br /> We are adding a requirement to the hazardous waste promo <br /> The manager with primary responsibility for the accumulation area, must follow-up on <br /> any empty containers to verify where/how the contents were used or spilled. If a spill <br /> cleanup,there should be cleanup materials bagged with the empty container.
