Personnel training records may accompany personnel transferred within the same company. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide the complete training documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. The documentation must include a list of training topics, date of training,job title, name of employee,written job description (qualifications and duties), and employee signed (or certified)record that documents the training. This is a Class II violation. 124 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). OBSERVATION: This business's hazardous waste activities have not been reported on the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)website. The facility marked that they treat hazardous waste on site. No submittal have been made with the treatment details. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Each regulated business shall report program data electronically on the CERS website. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately report the treatment activities on the CERS website. Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. This is a Class II violation.
