You mentioned that the frost <br /> color was tested before use. You also mentioned that the contents in the drums outside of the sampling room <br /> were also sampled. <br /> 5) Please provide training documentation. The documentation must include a list of training <br /> topics, date of training,job title, name of employee, written job description (qualifications and duties), and <br /> employee signed (or certified) record that documents the training. <br /> In addition,the EHD has the following questions: <br /> 1) How much paint waste is treated per month? <br /> 2) How much paint "sludge" is generated per month? <br /> 3) What were in the drums in the outside treatment area with the black sludge? (see photo)A layer of <br /> dust/dirt was on one of the open drums. Were the contents waste? <br /> 4) We saw several objects in the trash that were a "blue mesh." (see photo) They were covered in a white <br /> powder. What were the items?
