Stockton, Ca <br /> Determination - Pigments used on the site have been laboratory tested to identify the possibility of heavy metals in <br /> the material. Lab test show high levels of Zinc in the yellow pigment.Therefore, we will treat all pigments as a <br /> hazardous material going forward.The pigments and any filters containing the pigment will be collected and stored <br /> in an approved container with proper labeling.The pigments will be transported by an approved Hazardous Waste <br /> transporter(Clean Harbors)for proper disposal. Records of shipments and manifest will be retained onsite. <br /> Violation 110.All manifests for the past 3 years are now on file with the site EHS Coordinator and or Facility <br /> Manager.The original copy will be stored in a file and an electronic copy stored on the company's internal shared <br /> drive from this date forward. <br /> Violation 111.The site is a small quantity generator and was not aware of the requirement to file an exceptions <br /> report to the Regional Administrator.The Site will file an exception report for manifest which have not been <br /> received from the designated facility, per 40 CRF § 262.42 (b) <br /> Please contact me with any additional question. <br /> Jason Centeno <br /> EHS Manager <br /> Oldcastle APGāSierra Building Products <br /> 10714 Poplar Avenue Fontana, CA 92337 <br /> W:oldcastleapg.com <br />
