(Sierra-Oldcastle) after your inspection on 11/13/2019. Explanations and corrective action are in the return to compliance attachment along with pictures.Also attached are Venator SDS sheets that state our iron oxide pigment is a non-hazardous waste. George Lowry has provided me with Cradle-Grave signatures on the disposition forms that they can and those are attached as well.To my understanding and maybe you can clarify further if they pump out of our drums when on site they would assume all responsibility at that point since our containers do not leave the facility?On some of the manifests they have written in their EPA#. I will be mailing all of this in hard copy to you as well.
