I could not find an active ID number. <br /> Violation 102: Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste. OPEN. Are oily rags going to be handled as <br /> hazardous waste? Rag companies cannot pick up hazardous waste rags unless they are licensed to and leave the <br /> proper documentation. <br /> Violation 106: Failed to train employees on waste handling and emergency procedures, OPEN. Has training <br /> been given to employees? If so,please send in proper documentation. <br /> Violation 110: Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years, OPEN. I <br /> need copies of the disposal records asked for in the violation. <br /> Violation 113: Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years, OPEN. I need copies <br /> of the disposal records asked for in the violation. <br /> Violation 207: Failed to properly manage reusable soiled textile materials, OPEN. I need copies of the 2019 <br /> records from the rag receipt company. <br /> Violation 301: Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste, OPEN. I need a statement <br /> saying that items listed in the violation have been cleaned. Where was the waste placed? <br /> 1 <br />
