No paper oil filter disposal records were found on site for 2017. <br /> Department of Toxic Substance Control (DTSC)records indicate that the following wastes were picked up on <br /> consolidated manifests(listed below by date and waste stream): <br /> -1/12/2017, 60 gallons of used oil <br /> -8/14/2017, 5 gallons of antifreeze and 50 gallons of used oil <br /> -1/9/2019, 55 gallons of used oil <br /> -3/27/2019, 50 gallons of used oil <br /> The consolidated manifests listed from DTSC records were not available for review during the inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all missing consolidated manifests and maintain them on <br /> site.
