Violation 103: Please submit supporting documentation that shows the UL WERCSmart and/or the Big Lots Hazardous Waste Program manual/poster hazardous waste classifications for the hazardous wastes listed in the report (attached) under this violation. 2. Violation 301: Please submit a statement explaining why the Comet Bleach Powder cleaner,when scanned, is classified as TX (toxic) hazardous waste, while the Big Lots Waste Disposal Quick Reference Guide and the oxidizer hazardous waste label states items containing bleach are classified as OX (oxidizer) hazardous waste.
