Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($152). To schedule an appointment, please call (209)468-3420. <br /> Documents provided during inspection: official inspection report, hazardous waste label. <br /> Waste streams found: used oil, waste coolant, used paper oil filters, used metal oil filters. <br /> The following violations were corrected on site: <br /> Violation 1: OBSERVATION: The following designated facility signed copies of Uniform Hazardous Waste <br /> Manifest(UHWM) numbers were not found on-site: <br /> -006046293GBF (11-2-2018). Inspector found signed designated copy on RCRA online. Provided copy to <br /> operator. Operator printed out(UHWM) and added to disposal receipt file. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in <br /> accordance with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the <br /> designated facility which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three <br /> years from the date the waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must <br /> submit a copy of the manifest to the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)within 60 days if <br /> the destination facility signed manifest copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. <br /> Violation 2: OBSERVATION: The hazardous waste tank storing used oil does not have complete labeling. <br /> -One 200 gallon used oil tank observed lacking accumulation start date and the words"Hazardous Waste." <br /> Inspector provided operator with hazardous waste label, Operator taped hazardous waste label and wrote in an <br /> accumulation start date, based off of most recent used oil pick-up. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste tanks shall be marked with the words "Hazardous Waste" and <br /> the accumulation start date. <br /> Violation 3: OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling.
