I emailed this checklist to bredna naranio@comast.net <br /> on 1/16/20. Do you still have access to that email address? <br /> Please note that this checklist is not the final inspection report. Once I finish writing the final report, I will send it to <br /> you. <br /> Once you receive the final inspection report,the business will need to provide me with a written statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, <br /> within 30 days. <br /> I hope to send you the final report sometime today or tomorrow, at the latest. <br /> In the meantime, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. <br /> Also, please note that Ulloa's Tow&Auto Repair currently owes$3,258.30 in fees to the Environmental Health <br /> Department.
