Training materials are attached to the email. <br /> • Item 109: The following generator manifests were provided to DTSC (EXHIBIT C): <br /> - 010788644FLE <br /> - 012039616FLE <br /> - 012039617FLE <br /> - 012497924FLE <br /> • Items 110 and 111: The following final signed manifest was provided to the store: <br /> 009155878FLE (EXHIBIT D1). <br /> The final manifest on file for 010788644FLE was not signed by the disposal facility. I am <br /> following up with our vendor Stericycle and have notified DTSC (EXHIBIT D2). <br /> • Item 301: The damaged Ajax container was processed as hazardous waste and correctly <br /> classified as OX.
