The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been addressed for FOUR R FARMS as of May 29 , 2020 . Open violations from August 16 , 2019 inspection Violation #101 - Managed a hazardous waste without an identification number. This facility does not have a valid ID number to manage hazardous waste . Facility is using CAL EPA ID number from previous owner. A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store , dispose of, transport or offer for transportation , hazardous waste without an ID number. If you or your business generates more than 100 kg of RCRA hazardous waste and/or more than one kg of acutely hazardous waste , then you need to obtain an EPA ID number. All others must obtain a State ID number. Go to the DTSC web site https :/Idtsc, ca . gov/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/ for the form to apply for an ID number. Immediately obtain an ID number to manage hazardous waste and submit evidence to the EHD . ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : Violation #605 - Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. Several 5 gallon buckets and containers and one 55 gallon drum of used oil were observed without labeling . All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information : - the words " Hazardous Waste" - name and address of generator - hazardous properties - physical state - composition (contents ) - accumulation start date Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information . Since these containers have been on site longer than 180 days , immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD . ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : Violation #608 - Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters . Drained used oil filters were observed in a 55 gallon drum and two 30 gallon drums . The drums were not closed or covered . The drums were not labeled . Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil , stored in a closed , rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters , " an marked with an accumulation start date .
