Violation 301: It is up to you to decide whether or not the contaminated dirt is hazardous waste. However, if you decide that it is not hazardous waste you have to provide documentation or"proof"that it is not hazardous waste. If you decide it is hazardous waste,you have to treat the container as a hazardous waste container,this means placing a hazardous waste label on the container and be sure the contaminated soil is disposed of by a licensed hazardous waste hauler within 6 months (180 days). Violation 403:Thank you. I have a follow-up question what was used to clean out the oil pans and buckets?And what did you do with the material used to clean out the oil pans and buckets?
