Box 388 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201-0388 <br /> THE RE: DART CONTAINER CORP. <br /> LODI, CALIFORNIA <br /> Dear Ms. Lagorio, <br /> CORPORATION <br /> Per our recent conversation, as you are aware, an underground <br /> tank was removed from the above referenced site. Test results <br /> from soil samples taken, found a minimal amount of <br /> contamination. We would like to submit the following plan, for <br /> your approval, to correct this situation. <br /> 410 N, CEDAR ST. At the north end of the tank excavation, we will excavate all dirt <br /> LANSING, MI 48912 to the original depth of approximately 14 feet and then proceed an <br /> additional 5 feet beyond that to remove any dirt that possibly was <br /> 5 17-3 72-8650 contaminated. All of this soil will be hauled off site by licensed <br /> Fax: 517-372-8961 haulers to a licensed site. At this time, more samples will be <br /> taken and tested. When results are received and there is no <br /> contamination, we will then backfill with pea gravel. <br /> All of the above work will be done by Stockton Service Station <br /> Equipment Company, Inc. They also will be outlining a plan and <br /> submitting it for your approval. If you have any questions <br /> regarding this matter, please feel free to give me a call.
