Test results
from soil samples taken, found a minimal amount of
contamination. We would like to submit the following plan, for
your approval, to correct this situation.
410 N, CEDAR ST. At the north end of the tank excavation, we will excavate all dirt
LANSING, MI 48912 to the original depth of approximately 14 feet and then proceed an
additional 5 feet beyond that to remove any dirt that possibly was
5 17-3 72-8650 contaminated. All of this soil will be hauled off site by licensed
Fax: 517-372-8961 haulers to a licensed site. At this time, more samples will be
taken and tested. When results are received and there is no
contamination, we will then backfill with pea gravel.
All of the above work will be done by Stockton Service Station
Equipment Company, Inc. They also will be outlining a plan and
submitting it for your approval. If you have any questions
regarding this matter, please feel free to give me a call. I look
forward to your response, approving this plan of action, at your
earliest conyeni nee.
S.acerely,
A .r
nger
Pro t Manager
GENERAL CONTRACTORS The Wieland-Davco Corporation
DEVELOPERS KG/rkr 6-LAG001.94
M.
