' Z1 INC <br /> After the soil remediation plan has been approved by PHSEHD and the Air District, the Air <br /> ' Pollution Control Officer will be notified in writing of the quantity of soil to be aerated, daily <br /> aeration rate, location, nearest residence and project In addition, prior to initiation of <br /> ' remedial operations, PHSEHD will be advised in writing at least seven (7) days in advance <br /> of planned operations or as deemed appropriate by PHSEHD staff <br /> At the conclusion of the remedial operations, the remediation soil pad will be sampled to <br /> ' confirm that all volatile organic compounds have been reduced to concentrations that are <br /> acceptable to PHSEHD and RWQCB staff for final fate and transport The confirmation <br /> ' sampling will be conducted at the rate of one composite sample for every 150 cubic yards <br /> of remediated soil It is anticipated that all remediated soil will remain on the property and <br /> ' will be used to assist in building up the dirt roads presently on the property No remediated <br /> soil will leave the property without prior written permission of PHSEHD and RWQCB staff <br /> TASK 4• REPORT PREPARATION <br /> ' A final report will be prepared and submitted to PHSEHD which will describe the field and <br /> analytical methods used and present the results of field and laboratory analyses The report <br /> will include a site location map, a site plan map, and other pertinent data Where possible, <br /> ' all analytical data will be posted on cross-sections and maps to expedite regulatory agency <br /> review A discussion of the local geology and hydrogeology to include soil lithologies and <br /> ' the formations involved in the assessment, local groundwater quality and impact the site <br /> may have on the identified or potential water resource and other additional geologic or <br /> ' hydrogeologic information that may relate to the investigation The report will be prepared <br /> under the direction of and signed by a California Registered Geologist <br /> The report will discuss the vadose zone hydrocarbon contamination plume and describe it <br /> ' in terms of character and both vertical and horizontal extent Soil sampling data from both <br /> 08220010 005 12 <br />
