Pint ?????? I can't
read the signature, so I'm guessing here. Trouble is, CCC doesn't OWN the land and the
SJCEHD must have permission from LANDOWNERS to access the property before we can
issue permits.
San Joaquin County Assessor records list this parcel with owner"AGNL Containers LLC".
NOT the entity listed on the access agreement.
I emailed and phoned Dennis Jones of this concern and requested a 'link' between AGNL and
CCC. so far none has been received and with a MONDAY, AUG 8 'requested' start date, my
time to process and issue the permit sho you/they can beging is growing short.
I called the number listed on the permit for the 'landowner' and the woman that answered said
"Georgia Pacific" and referred me to Real Estate where I left a voice mail message.
As is stands now, without a properly signed access agreement I can NOT issue the permit to
do the work. I need the landowners written permission to access the property. CCC signing
for AGNL needs to be officially linked before I can issue.
What i need is a document signed by someone with authority with AGNL Consolidated
authorizing CCC to sign the access agreement, OR, the AGNL authority signing an access
agreement that allows access for well destructions..
can you help?
thank you,
Michael Infurna
SJCEHD
Stockton, CA.
209-468-3454
8/15/2011
