The collection of five grab ground water samples and the installation of <br /> two monitoring wells in areas upgradient of monitoring well MW-21 are described in the report. The <br /> field work described in the attached report identified a potential upgradient area of chloroform <br /> concentration and defined the upgradient extent of chloroform in ground water. <br /> Georgia-Pacific Corporation would like to schedule a meeting with you to discuss the results of the <br /> recent investigation and plans for further action at the site on the morning of July 9, 2003, or if this <br /> date is unacceptable on either August 6 or 7, 2003.
