Abandonment activities were scheduled for completion by 2 April 2001. <br /> Through telephone messages on 20 March 2001, and 21 March 2001you explained that delays were due <br /> to difficulties gaining access to the Westside Irrigation District (WID) property on which the well is <br /> located.
