Permits <br /> The RWQCB indicated on April 24, 1998 that Waste Discharge Requirements could be <br /> waived for operation of the pilot test. No other permits are expected to be required. <br /> However, the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District and City of Tracy <br /> Public Works Department will be notified a minimum of 5 business days prior to the start of <br /> the test. <br /> Schedule <br /> The pilot test will be completed within 30 days following your approval. The report will be <br /> submitted to you within 60 days.
