Failure to correct the identified violations within the <br /> schedule provided will result in DHS citing you for continuing/ <br /> additional violations. <br /> I. Schedule of Violations <br /> 1. Title 22 , California Code of Regulations (Ca. Code of <br /> Regs. ) Section 67105 <br /> The Stewart Walker Company did not have facility <br /> training documents which state the job title and name <br /> of each employee whose position is related to hazardous <br /> waste management. <br /> 2 . Title 22 , Ca. Code of Regs. , Sections 67140 - 67141 <br /> The Stewart Walker Company did not have a contingency <br /> plan which describes the actions facility personnel <br /> must take in response to emergencies. <br /> 3 . Title 22 , Ca. Code of Regs. , Section 66508 <br /> The Stewart Walker Company had hazardous waste drums <br /> which were not labeled properly. <br /> II. Schedule for Compliance <br /> 1. Violation # 1 shall be corrected within 60 days of the <br /> date of this letter by developing training records as <br /> outlined in Section 67105. <br />
