Blank permit forms were sent to your office <br /> on March 12, 1985 for the proposed monitoring well to be located offsite and <br /> eleven existing onsite wells previously installed without inspection at the <br /> Georgia Pacific Corporation. <br /> You are instructed to do the following: <br /> 1 . Secure well permits for all illegally installed wells immediately. <br /> 2.
