Valpico Road,Tracy, California <br /> Dear Mr. Djuth, <br /> On behalf of Georgia-Pacific, LLC (G-P), in compliance with the California Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region (RWQCB) letter dated April 26, 2011, Acton • <br /> Mickelson • Environmental, Inc. (AME) has prepared this Report on Well Destruction (Report) <br /> for the former Tracy Chemical Packaging Plant located at 75 W. Valpico Road, Tracy, California <br /> (site; Figures 1 and 2). This Report describes well destruction activities that were conducted at <br /> the site in general accordance with San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (San <br /> Joaquin County) requirements.
