Mr. <br /> Kagehiro has notified us that he would like this well removed and properly abandoned <br /> in accordance with local laws and regulations. <br /> Musco Family Olive Co. contracted for the installation of this monitoring well as part of <br /> a baseline investigation for possible expansion of our wastewater land application area <br /> ini 2004. This expansion never happened, however Musco continued to routinely <br /> monitor this well for general inorganic constituents (see most recent analytical results <br /> attached). Because of its distance from our facility (approximately 2.5 miles west), it is <br /> not evaluated as part of compliance monitoring at this site.
