In the agreement, the map showing the well locations has
been slightly modified, and the revised map can be viewed on the attachment titled
"Document", which has the new proposed well locations on the first page. You'll notice
that the only changes were to the names of the wells (due to the added wells that we've
already completed) and we've abandoned the furthest southwest well location (which in the
License Agreement is noted as MW-27) , for a well just north of the Western Railroad
Tracks, south of MW6R (which is called MW28, possibly MW-29 conditions pending, in the
Document map attachment) .
Is this going to be enough to start drillling or do you need another permit package or a
call from Todd Del Frate.
Regards,
Kelly Hegman
Musco Family Olive Co.
17950 Via Nicolo
Tracy, California 95376
(209) 640-2964 (cell)
(209) 836-4678 ext 371
(209) 836-0853 (fax)
kellyh@olives.com
-----Original Message-----
From: Kelly Hegman
Sent: Monday, May 21, 2007 9:18 AM
To: minfurna@sjcehd.com
Subject: Revised Musco Well Schematics and Map
Hi Mike,
Attached are the revised schematics with appropriate amounts of materials used, OD and ID
for casings.
I have also attached the map of proposed wells with the correct names for the replacement
wells (MWGR, MW9R, MW10R, MW13R) , and the background wells (MW24 (within our property) ,
MW25, MW26, MW27, MW28, MW29?) .
As discussed in the vicinity of MW-27 and MW28, it was proposed to drill a shallow and
deep well, however we are only expecting to find deep ground water, so we will likely only
build one well in this location (MW-27) . Due to the new ownership in this property, that
well will likely be destroyed, so we will have MW24 (on our property) as a companion well.
We have currently begun drilling in the location of
MW-24 today and will call you if we end up grouting this well today or tomorrow.
1
