R5-2002-0502 <br /> MUSCO OLIVE PRODUCTS AND THE STUDLEY COMPANY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Enclosed is Administrative Civil Liability Complaint No. R5-2002-0502 regarding the violation <br /> of Waste Discharge Requirements Order No. 97-037 and Cleanup and Abatement Order No. <br /> 5-00-717 by Musco Olive Products and The Studley Company(Discharger). The Complaint <br /> proposes that the Discharger pay$150,000 in administrative civil liability. <br /> The Discharger may agree to pay the civil liability and waive a Regional Board hearing on the <br /> matter. If the Discharger waives a Board hearing, then a duly authorized person shall sign the <br /> waiver and remit a$150,000 check, made out to the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> Cleanup and Abatement Account, to this office by 8 May 2002.
