However, Musco Olive Products'representatives have expressed interest in <br /> submitting a Report of Waste Discharge(RWD) to update Order No. 97-037. Because of the amount of <br /> time for preparation and public review of WDRs that is required, this request for an RWD is hereby <br /> transmitted. <br /> To prepare the WDRs, Musco Olive Products must submit an RWD. An RWD consists of the Form 200 <br /> Application/Report of Waste Discharge General Information (enclosed) and the information requested in <br /> the Additional Questions. The information shall be presented in the form of a technical report prepared <br /> under the supervision of a California Registered Engineer, experienced in wastewater treatment. Please <br /> complete and return Form 200 and all supporting information to this office by 1 May 2002 so that we <br /> may initiate the WDR update process. <br /> Please note that the Musco Olive Products land application system has been reclassified as a"Category <br /> 2, Complexity B" site as shown on the attached fee schedule. Annual fees for the land application <br /> system will increase from $200 to $1,200 per year.
