In your NOI, you indicated that you would submit the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (S WPPP) by I Apri12002. Your 26 March 2002 letter to our office transmitted a check for$250.00 and a revised NOI with 31 May 2002 as the new submission date of the S WPPP. It has come to our attention that we have not yet addressed your request. We apologize for this oversight. During our meeting with your consultants on 9 May 2002, we discussed that the NOV does not specify a date for submission of the S WPPP. In addition, our review of the General Industrial Permit shows that it does not require you to submit a fee when requesting a change in information including revision of a submission date. Therefore, we are returning your check of$250.00 and approving your request to submit the S WPPP by 31 May 2002.
