The <br /> schedule submitted provides a framework for the work to be completed. Staff has added <br /> additional reports that will be required to document new well construction, document the <br /> construction of the new surface impoundments, and update financial assurances. Several of <br /> the reports will likely be included as a schedule in the new Waste Discharge Requirements <br /> (WDRs). <br /> As shown in the schedule above, by 30 October 2013 Musco shall submit a well installation <br /> work plan for the construction of three groundwater monitoring wells that will be associated with <br /> the DMP for the new Class II surface impoundments. The work plan shall follow the Monitoring <br /> Well Installation Workplans and Monitoring Well Installation Report guidelines attached. <br />
