This set of samples consisted of four soil samples <br /> collected on 05/17/89. <br /> 2. The samples were extracted on 05/22/89. <br /> 3. These samples were analyzed on 05/25/89 in accordance with <br /> SW 846 protocols. <br /> 4. All required holding times for these samples were met. <br /> 5. All tuning and calibration criteria were met for all samples. <br /> 6. All blanks analyzed were below allowable limits of <br /> contamination as set forth in the EPA CLP SOW. <br /> 7. Of the 9 surrogates analyzed, none were outside of QC <br /> limits. <br /> `'- 8. 0£ the 6 blank spike recoveries, none were outside of QC <br /> limits. <br /> 9.
