I reviewed the return to compliance paperwork you emailed me on 1/22/20. Violations 105 and 403 have been closed. Violation 605 remains open since the photos you submitted of the hazardous waste labels show the following: 1.The hazardous waste label for the aerosol cans is not marked with the physical state. 2.The hazardous waste label for the "liquid" hazardous waste is missing the composition (contents) and the hazardous properties. 3. The hazardous waste label for the used oil dry(used absorbent) is missing the hazardous properties. Please correct and submit supporting documentation for the items listed above by 2/24/2020.
