CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-93-0006 <br /> Mike Manna <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to the recordation of the Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior <br /> to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. <br /> Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor' s Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department. The <br /> descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. Animals shall not be kept or maintained in the barn on <br /> Parcel 1. (Development Title Section 9-1045. 5) <br /> C. The camping trailer on Parcel 5 shall either be removed <br /> from the property or brought into compliance with <br /> applicable ordinance provisions prior to the recordation <br /> of the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> d. The existing Williamson Act Contracts shall be amended to <br /> reflect new parcel configurations, by the filing of new <br /> Contracts with the Community Development Department. <br /> (Government Code Section 5-1240 et seq. ) The new <br /> Contracts shall be submitted prior to recordation of the <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are <br /> set, a Record of Survey is required. (New legal <br /> description shall be submitted to Surveyor' s Office for <br /> review. ) (Development Title Section 9-872 . 4) <br /> b. New description must reflect correct distance with <br /> qualifiers to avoid overlap or gap. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior <br /> to recordation of the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> Samples are to be taken and run by a State-approved lab. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1115. 7) <br />
