CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-92-0069 <br /> NORMA NORTON <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to the recordation of the Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment. <br /> 1. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are <br /> set, a Record of Survey is required. (New legal <br /> description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office <br /> for review) . (Subdivision Map Act Section 66412) <br /> b. New description must reflect correct distance with <br /> qualifiers to avoid overlap or gap. <br /> 2 . DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the <br /> owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor' s Division for <br /> review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and <br /> signed by a Licensed Land Surveyor or a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer licensed to practice land surveying. <br /> (Civil Engineers registered after January 1, 1982, are <br /> not licensed to practice land surveying. ) <br /> 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. The well shall be repaired under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100) as follows: <br /> Raise well casing and sanitary seal to not less than <br /> twelve inches above ground level and construct a <br /> concrete surface seal around well casing not less than <br /> twelve inches around well casing. <br /> 4 . SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT: <br /> Note: A copy of this letter received from the District <br /> in response to the application referral is <br /> attached for your information. <br />
