Martin <br /> 4740 E. Peltier Road, Acampo <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this <br /> project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water supply system(s); <br /> California Code of Regulation, Title 17, Section 7603. <br /> b. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days <br /> per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to <br /> operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be <br /> required by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100. <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) for the proposed repair shop <br /> under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time <br /> of development (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). This system cannot be <br /> driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. <br /> d. If floor drains are required in the repair shop, they must be plumbed through a <br /> sand/oil separator and discharged to an above ground system approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. This system must be designed by a registered <br /> engineer. If the above ground holding facility had to be emptied you first would <br /> have to analyze the contents for any hazardous material. You can obtain <br /> specific test requirements from the Environmental Health Division. <br /> e. If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must register with County <br /> Office of Emergency Services. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
