Of primary concern is the use of reflective materials <br /> which have the potential to blind pilots and endanger aircraft. <br /> Staff finds the proposed subdivision to be in conformity with the adopted Airport Land Use <br /> Plan, provided all of the restrictions under the Horizontal and Conical Zones are complied <br /> with. Because of the site's proximity to the airport, staff requests that (1) an Avigation <br /> Easement in favor of San Joaquin County, and, (2) a Noise Disclosure Statement be signed <br /> by the property owner or prospective tenant and filed at the County Recorder's Office.
