CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL DJVN 3 1988 <br /> UP-86-23 <br /> ROCHA ' S MORTUARY 'ENVIROMENTAL HEALTH <br /> .' PERMIT/SERVICES <br /> All conditions, unless otherwise noted, shall be met prior to the <br /> issuance of building permits. <br /> 1 . Planning Division: <br /> A trash enclosure location shall be designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan. This enclosure shall be designed to accom- <br /> modate all trash receptacles and constructed on three sides <br /> with a solid wall and gated on the fourth side . <br /> 2 . Department of Public Works : <br /> An Improvement Plan, prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer , <br /> showing drainage , driveway access details, on-site parking, <br /> and grading shall be submitted to the Department of Public <br /> Works for approval . <br /> 3 . Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant , and it <br /> shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the <br /> Building Inspection Division prior to the performance of <br /> any excavationor filling of earth material , unless a per- <br /> mit requirement is excempted per U.B.C. , Appendix, Section <br /> 7003. <br /> b. The grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006(d) . <br /> c. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> d. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incor- <br /> porated in the grading plan. <br /> e. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to issuance <br /> of a building permit. <br /> 4. San Joaauin Local Health District : <br /> Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit <br /> and inspection by the Health District prior to occupancy if <br /> public restrooms are required to be installed. <br /> NOTE: On April 7 , 1988 , the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission approved UP-88-23 subject to the Conditions <br /> of Approval listed above . <br />
