CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL DJVN 3 1988 UP-86-23 ROCHA ' S MORTUARY 'ENVIROMENTAL HEALTH .' PERMIT/SERVICES All conditions, unless otherwise noted, shall be met prior to the issuance of building permits. 1 . Planning Division: A trash enclosure location shall be designated on the Improvement Plan. This enclosure shall be designed to accom- modate all trash receptacles and constructed on three sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth side . 2 . Department of Public Works : An Improvement Plan, prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer , showing drainage , driveway access details, on-site parking, and grading shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval . 3 . Building Inspection Division: a. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant , and it shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to the performance of any excavationor filling of earth material , unless a per- mit requirement is excempted per U.B.C. , Appendix, Section 7003. b. The grading plan shall contain the information listed in the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006(d) . c. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall details shall be submitted where applicable. d. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incor- porated in the grading plan. e. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to issuance of a building permit. 4. San Joaauin Local Health District : Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit and inspection by the Health District prior to occupancy if public restrooms are required to be installed. NOTE: On April 7 , 1988 , the San Joaquin County Planning Commission approved UP-88-23 subject to the Conditions of Approval listed above .
