Restrooms have to be public, building department may --require handicap. <br /> b. Existing sewage disposal system will not be adequate Need estimated daily traffic flow <br /> to size system. Will also have to show 100% expansion area that is not located under <br /> black top storage or parking area and barricaded. The mini market will have to be <br /> included in the sizing of the sewage system. <br /> C. Submission of four (4) sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for review and approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> d. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility construction plans to the Environmental <br /> Health Division for review and approval prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> (California Health and Safety Code, Section 27550). <br /> e. A yearly permit to operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> f.
