WOODBRIDGE RURAL FIRE DISTRICT <br /> (a) Because of a lack of available water for fire protection, <br /> a static water supply of adequate capacity shall be <br /> provided. <br /> (b) A permit issued by the Fire Warden shall be secured for <br /> the storage and use of a Class I flammable liquid. The <br /> applicant shall comply with all applicable requirements <br /> of Article 79 of the Uniform Fire Code. <br /> (c) Portable fire extinguisher shall be installed as directed <br /> by the District. <br /> 6. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ja Restrooms shall be for public use; the Building <br /> Inspection Division may require handicap accessibility. <br /> jb The existing sewage disposal system is not adequate; <br /> provide estimated daily traffic flow to size system. <br /> Show 100% expansion area that is not located under black <br /> top storage or parking area and barricade it. The mini- <br /> market shall be included in the sizing of the sewage <br /> system. <br /> (_c) Submit four (4) sets of detailed underground storage tank <br /> plans to the Environmental Health Division for review and <br /> approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> Submit three (3) sets of food facility construction plans <br /> to the Environmental Health Division for review and <br /> approval Prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> (California Health and Safety Code, Section 27550) <br /> (e) A yearly permit to operate a public water system under <br /> the provisions of Title 22 C.C.R. shall be required by <br /> the Environmental Health Division. <br /> jfj Refuse garbage and other solid waste material shall be <br /> stored removed, and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with san Joaquin county Ordinance 2887, <br /> Section 5-2400. <br />
