- 1 <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-92-0051 <br /> Pacific Gas & Electric Co. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> This approval will expire three (3) years from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, and <br /> (2) a Parcel Map has been filed with and accepted by the Surveyor's <br /> Division. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION <br /> (a) This approval shall be for a 2 ,268-square foot building <br /> for the storage of equipment and supplies at an existing <br /> public utility service center. There shall be no <br /> automobile or truck repair in the approved building. <br /> (b) All automobile parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering <br /> areas shall be permanently paved with concrete or asphalt <br /> concrete. Bumper guards shall be provided where <br /> necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. <br /> (c) Any proposed lighting for the approved use shall be <br /> directed away from adjacent properties and State Route <br /> 120. <br /> (d) Any outdoor trash receptacles shall be contained within <br /> a trash enclosure. The enclosure shall be located on <br /> permanent paving, be designed to accommodate all trash <br /> receptacles, and be constructed on three sides with a <br /> solid masonry wall and gated on the fourth side. <br /> (e) No additional signs shall be permitted as a part of this <br /> approval. <br /> (f) There shall be no building permits issued until the <br /> appropriate approvals have been secured from the Office <br /> of Emergency Services and the Air Pollution Control <br /> District for the operation of the hazardous material <br /> containment area adjacent to the approved building. <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> (a) Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br />
