Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> b. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of I <br /> employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach I <br /> field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as <br /> a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose <br /> only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> d. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health r <br /> Division prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals <br /> exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections <br /> exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system under the <br /> provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> e. If floor drains are required by building division, they must be plumbed through <br /> a sand/oil separator and discharged to an above ground system approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. This system must be designed by a registered <br /> engineer. Applicant must file an application for facility permit/waste discharge <br /> with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board.
