The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> Inspection Division: <br /> a. Exterior walls less than 20 ' from a property line shall <br /> be of one-hour, fire-resistive construction. <br /> b. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.C.R, Title 24) . <br /> 2 . The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> a. Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> b. Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> C. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch <br /> per foot (C.C.R, Title 24) . <br /> 3 . Existing elevation certification is required with all permit <br /> applications for structures located within the 100 year flood <br /> zone. <br /> JH/as <br />
