Box 121 Woodbridge, CA 95258 Dear Mr. Christy: RE: REVIEW OF REVISED SITE PLAN FOR SA-92-27 (APN: 013-220-36, 18626 N. STATE ROUTE 99, WEST FRONTAGE ROAD, ACAMPO) The above-referenced Site Plan, submitted to this Department on October 2 , 1995, has been reviewed with the Department of Public Works, Public Health Services, and the Building Inspection Division. Based upon that review, the following deficiencies were identified: DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: The Site Plan should provide more detail regarding the on-site spillway, as well as of the off-site improvements (paving and grading details) to indicate how water will be conveyed from the site to the sump south of the project site. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: The Site Plan should be revised to 1) show barricades for the septic system, 2) accurately reflect the "as- built" septic system, and 3) state the number of employees the system was designed to serve. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: It is not clear from the review of the Site Plan whether nine or the ten required automobile parking spaces have been provided on the site. The required sign and lighting details have not been included on the Site Plan. The Site Plan does not include the required details of the proposed portable screening devices for the contractor's storage area. The Site Plan did not indicate that the required landscaping, comprised of boxed trees at 25 feet on center, would be provided along the length of the site's frontage on State Route 99. The curb along the fence line needs to be extended to channel the storm drainage runoff to the spillway required by Public Works.
