STANDARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> SD-91-57 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> ( h) Other Codes . The second unit dwelling shall conform with <br /> all the requirements of the Local Health District and the <br /> County that are applicable to residential .units in the zone <br /> in which the property is located ; <br /> ( i ) Requirements for Mobilehomes . If the second unit dwelling <br /> is a mobilehome , the following additional requirements shall <br /> apply : <br /> ( 1 ) Additions . No permanent room additions shall be <br /> allowed , but patio covers constructed of the same <br /> materials as the mobilehome shall be permitted ; <br /> ( 2 ) Skirting. Skirting constructed of the same materials <br /> as the mobilehome shall be installed ; <br /> ( 3 ) Time Limit. The Second Unit Dwelling Permit shall be <br /> effective for not more than three ( 3) years . <br /> Applications for renewal shall follow the same <br /> procedures , be subject to the same requirements, and <br /> pay the same fees as a new application for a Second <br /> Unit Dwelling Permit; <br /> (4) Construction Standards. The mobilehome shall be <br /> constructed to meet the minimum standards of the <br /> National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety <br /> Act of 1974 . <br /> BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION <br /> 1 . Obtain a mobilehome installation permit. <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> 1 . The sewage disposal system shall comply w ' u es and <br /> regulations of San Joaquin Count r to Improvement <br /> Plan approval . A percola est and a sewage <br /> disposal area as d fined by the percolation test are <br /> required fo vironmental Health Division approval . A <br /> permi or the percolation tests from the Environmental <br /> �.� <br /> Health Division is required . <br /> PLANNING <br /> NOTE: An additional address will be assigned for your second <br /> unit dwelling . Your additional address is 23 N. <br /> PATTON. <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> NOTE: The permit will expire on FEBRUARY 5 , 1994. Renewal <br /> will require a new application with a new fee . <br />
