' REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION <br /> SD-93-140 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1 . The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to <br /> issuance of the building permit (Development Title Section 8- <br /> 1145 . 5) . <br /> 2 . The Encroachment Permit shall be required for work within the road <br /> right-of-way (Development Title Section 9-1145 . 2) . <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the building <br /> permit application for mobilehome on permanent foundation or 15% at <br /> the time of renewal for a mobilehome on a temporary foundation. <br /> (The fee currently is $1, 999 . 00 per multi family dwelling unit in <br /> the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 <br /> of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published <br /> by the Engineering News Record) (Resolution R-90-304 , R-92-1025) . <br /> 4 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required <br /> for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $342 . 83 per <br /> additional multi family dwelling unit. The fee shall be <br /> automatically increased on January 1 of each year at the rate of 6 . 9 <br /> percent. An additional 3 . 5 percent shall be added to the fee upon <br /> payment for processing and administering the program. (Resolution R- <br /> 91-327) <br /> NOTE: The new address for the second unit dwelling is 7707 East <br /> Orford Road, Stockton CA. <br />
