The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for QUEST INDUSTRIES LLC as of August 10, 2020. Open violations from June 01, 2020 inspection Violation#2- Failed to complete and electronically submit a hazardous materials business plan. The facility's business plan was not submitted electronically to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)for 2020. As of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans electronically. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#5-Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. The hazardous materials inventory has not been submitted for 2020 and three 55 gallon drums of acetone and hydrochloric acid waste have not been reported (actual volume of each waste was not available/the contents of each drum was not available). Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. Hazardous material handling and storage areas waste acetone, waste hydrochloric acid, kerosene, waste paint, propylene glycol, glass coating powder waste, limonene degreaser, polyethylene coating, . 4. Multiple site maps are not numbered. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as "NA".
