;. - . ,, _* <br />Fly Ash Hazardous Characterization <br />For <br />California Cedar Products <br />1.0 Introduction <br />This addendum to the WESTON May 3, 1989 report of the same title <br />is being submitted to California Cedar Products (Cal Cedar) to <br />address the State of California, Title 22, Article 11, Criteria <br />for Identification of Hazardous and Extremely Hazardous Wastes <br />(section 66699). <br />While the May 3, 1989 report addressed the RCRA criteria, princi- <br />pally the EP Toxicity metals, the Title 22 toxicity metal list <br />considers a larger number of metals. These metals were analyzed <br />for and the analytical data is contained in Appendix A. The <br />following section provides a brief discussion of the analytical <br />results. <br />® 2. Analytical Results <br />The analytical results for Cal Cedars fly ash as well as the <br />Title 22 metals list and associated STLC values are presented in <br />Table 1. As can be seen by reviewing this table, no metals <br />detected within the fly ash exceed the Title 22 established <br />STLC values. Also included in the table are the results for Iron <br />and Manganese. No STLC values are listed for these elements. <br />3.0 Conclusion <br />As was the case with the EP Toxicity Metals, - the Cal <br />Ash does not contain any Title 22 list metals <br />established hazardous waste criteria.
